Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the services provided by New York Pure Wash Co. LLC, including Pure Wash Co. and Pure Clean Solutions. By requesting an estimate, scheduling a service, or allowing work to begin, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We provide residential and commercial exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, janitorial services, floor care, and related cleaning and restoration services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on property conditions.
Estimates
All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if the scope of work differs from the original estimate or if additional services are requested.
Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment failure, staffing, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
Ensure water and electrical access is available when required.
Secure pets and notify us of any hazards or special conditions before work begins.
Remove valuable or fragile items from work areas when applicable.
Payments
Residential payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Commercial payment terms may vary by contract or invoice.
We accept cash, checks, ACH, and major credit/debit cards.
Past-due balances may be subject to additional collection efforts as permitted by law.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Results
Cleaning results vary depending on the age, condition, and material of the surface being cleaned. While we use professional methods and equipment, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of every stain, oxidation, rust deposit, hard water stain, paint, oil stain, or other permanent discoloration.
Property Conditions
Customers are responsible for informing us of any existing damage, loose siding, deteriorated mortar, failing window seals, roof leaks, damaged screens, electrical concerns, or other conditions that could affect the service.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing defects, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or structural failure.
Safety
We reserve the right to stop or postpone work if conditions become unsafe for our team, the customer, or the property.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, New York Pure Wash Co. LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Warranty
If you believe a service was not completed as agreed, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on our website.
